1. Payment

The Client shall pay Self-Maid per cleaning session, payable at your scheduled cleaning. Payment shall be made via cash, check, debit, credit, Venmo & Cash App. The Client agrees to pay Self-Maid in a timely manner, and in the event of non-payment, Self-Maid reserves the right to terminate this Agreement.

 

2. Access

The Client shall provide Self-Maid with access to the premises to be cleaned at the scheduled cleaning time. In the event that the Client is not present, the Client shall provide Self-Maid with a key or other means of access.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

The Client may cancel a scheduled cleaning session by providing notice to Self Maid at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning time. In the event that the Client fails to provide timely notice of cancellation, Self-Maid reserves the right to charge the Client a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your service total.

 

4. Liability

Self-Maid shall take reasonable care in providing cleaning services to the Client. However, Self-Maid is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the cleaning services, including but not limited to: damage to property, personal injury, except in the case of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

 

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay any outstanding fees owed to Self-Maid Cleaning Services, LLC.
